"As a fairly new member of MCDES, I have just begun to tap the wealth of resources available through this group, I have found opportunities for education and networking, both of which enhance my work as a funeral celebrant/death educator. What I appreciate most of all is the diversity of membership and wide circle of connections maintained by the members. I look forward to all the things I can learn!" - Marilaurice Hemlock, Funeral Celebrant
"MCDES membership has allowed me the opportunity to be a part of a larger community of professionals who strongly value grief & loss work. Since becoming a MCDES member and attending MCDES conferences, I have grown in my professional identify as a LICSW and have gained exceptional professional education & training that I use in my day-to-day clinical work." - Kelli Kinney, MSW, LICSW
- Subscription to Coalition News, the MCDES quarterly electronic newsletter
- Reduced registration fees for the spring and fall conferences, CEUs included
